Our second stop of our book tour was awesome! We had three stops in Seattle! Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, and Seattle. The tour was a success. We are coming back in 2020. The world needs more positive events! I want to inspire people to never give up on yourself! Do not give up on your Dreams! Seattle was very nice! The weekend was very memorable! It was awesome to experience! Thankful and grateful for my co-worker for organizing the book tour. She was a blessing and very thankful! God will bless her double! Unless you are already famous, author book tours, at least those sponsored by publishing houses, are a relic of the past, along with fountain pens, Wite-Out, and the proper use of the word “impact.” For authors, it is even more of a pity, because meeting people who have enjoyed your work is a real thrill. Webinars, virtual tours, blogs, and all the rest of the vast sea of vicarious contact in which we frequently find ourselves floundering simply do not compare to the shining eyes of a fan. How do you arrange your own book tour? If your book is released in print, call all of the bookstores within a two hour’s drive from your home (or as far as you are willing to travel). Offer to do a free reading at their store, as a local author. The owner/s will want to see a press kit, so make sure you have one ready. Let them know how they may order the book. Then arrange a time. Alert the local media. You can also offer to give a free talk at any institution that is connected with your book’s topic. Fundraisers for local charities (especially around Christmas) and public radio drives are great venues. If you participate in a book signing for a public radio drive, your name will be mentioned on the airwaves. Best of all, if you hold an event, or are invited to one, people will remember you. And that is the definition of fame. Never give up! Keep promoting yourself! The tour was successful! The ladies enjoyed reading my books! They were inspired by my story! Keep promoting and moving! Why do we concentrate on the long journey ahead instead of recognizing how far we’ve come in our efforts? They form the building blocks of our future endeavors—if, that is, we learn to trust in ourselves.

A meme has quickly been passed around on Facebook that says instead of throwing a baby shower, support small business by hosting a business shower. When a friend starts a new business, help them celebrate and bring resources to help! In today’s growing gig economy and entrepreneur climate, this is a wonderful idea! Here are a few tips if you want to host a business shower:

Entrepreneur Connect econnect.entrepreneur.com Wow… It’s been a minute since my last v-log! But we are back and on it! In early April, I traveled to Orlando with my mother! It was not a planned trip at all! I just need a mental break from life! So, we had nothing planned at all! Check out www.tjinspires.com/ Youtube TJInspires/ https://tristanjackson.inteletravel.com/booktravel.cfm I been wanting to go to Orlando for- ever! I convinced my mother! We purchased our tickets a week prior! We scored cheap tickets to Disney! We paid $45 for each ticket! We uber around the city. Since, it was a weekend trip. We could only do one park. There’s nothing more magical than a trip to Disney World—the castles, the fairytales, the thrills, your favorite animated stars come to life. But as prices rise with every passing year, it’s become one of the most costly vacations a family, couple, or group of friends can take. How to make the hit to your bank account hurt a little less? Disney is so magical! It made me feel like a 5 year old little girl! Everything was nice! My mom and I split everything. It was a magical experience! I would be returning! The best time to go to Disney World is mid-week during the off-season. If your kids can miss a few days of school, I highly recommend going that route. Your family will spend much less time-fighting crowds, standing in long lines. Keep in mind that during on peak days, one-day admission prices will rise 20% over regular day admission. Peak dates include the Christmas season, Spring Break, and peak summer. If you visit the parks on “value” days, the price is reduced by 4%. Here are tips, I learned from my weekend trip!
Mid-January to mid-February May to early June Late August to mid-November Magic Kingdom:This is the most popular theme park. Magic Kingdom has the most rides, totalling over 20. It has six themed lands that cater to all ages. Entertainment includes a daily afternoon parade and an evening fireworks show. Disney was so nice! I would never thought, a girl from the hood would get a chance to experience Disney! My mom and I had a nice time! Orlando was nice! We also, visited ICON Park which was nice! Everything went well!
