Can achievement be broken down into steps? It isn’t always that clean and easy, but those who achieve great things usually go through much of the same process, with many of the items listed below as part of that process. So if you have been struggling with achievement, look through the following. Begin to apply them and you will be on the road to achieving your dream. Stay loyal to your Dreams! Believe in your Dreams!
Step 1: Dream it.
Everything begins in the heart and mind. Every great achievement began in the mind of one person. They dared to dream, to believe that it was possible. Take some time to allow yourself to ask “What if?” Think big. Don’t let negative thinking discourage you. You want to be a “dreamer.” Dream of the possibilities for yourself, your family and for others. If you had a dream that you let grow cold, re-ignite the dream! Fan the flames. Life is too short to let it go.
Step 2: Believe it.
Yes, your dream needs to be big. It needs to be something that is seemingly beyond your capabilities. But it also must be believable. You must be able to say that if certain things take place, if others help, if you work hard enough, though it is a big dream, it can still be done. Good example: A person with no college education can dream that he will build a $50 million-a-year company. That is big, but believable. Bad example: That a 90-year-old woman with arthritis will someday run a marathon in under three hours. It is big all right, but also impossible. She should instead focus on building a $50 million-a-year business! And she better get a move on!
Stare Fear in The Face……… Day 2-Make Your Dreams Pop………..
Whenever you decide to go after something you want, fear often shows up.
It’s easy to understand why. You’re moving beyond what’s familiar. You’re moving beyond your comfort zone. As such, it is normal to experience some resistance, and resistance often shows its ugly head in the form of fear. But don’t let fear get the best of you. Don’t let it paralyze you. Don’t let it keep you in a state of dreaming about your dreams instead of living your dreams.
Here’s what you do: whenever you feel the fear, acknowledge it. And then ask yourself this: What’s worse, the fear of moving beyond your comfort zone into the unknown journey of relentlessly pursuing your dream, or deferring your dream to get rid of the fear (which also means staying in your current position)?
Step out of your comfort zone! Make your Dreams Pop In 2018! When you’re sure you’re ready to blossom, you’re ready to move on to the next step.
What’s your dream?
This is honestly the trickiest step. We complicate the heck out of it. We think, “What’s my life’s purpose?” and then we break out into a cold sweat.
Start with the easy stuff. What feels good to you? You don’t need to decide everything right this instant, but just start collecting ideas for your life that make you feel excited and enthusiastic about the possibilities. Write some things down. Just keep some kind of simple record of what your dream for your life is.
Stripping down your goals, that is! Strip down all the fluff that covers up the true goal you are after. By peeling back all the layers surrounding your objective, you can clearly evaluate what it is you really want.
Have you been dreaming about quitting your job? If so, is your ultimate goal to find a better position, start your own business, or to obtain more flexibility in your work? Depending on what your answer is, how you go about getting prepared so you can quit your job will be very different.
The more specific you can be about what your dream really is, the easier it will be to chart the path to getting there. Clarity, commitment, inspiration, and know how will serve you well in reaching your dreams. But they have to be combined with a real plan to actually move you along the path to making your dream come true
Excited for Day 2…………………..

So it won't be true to say most of us who dreams travelling are constantly struggling with their pocket. Some or the other way they are always haggling with the reasons of failing to save enough, not earning enough, have different priorities, have family to support, and many other excuses.
But as it goes 'where there's a will, there's a way'. Likewise it all depends on how you priorities things in your life as simple as that. Do you want to buy a new iPhone? Or want to have dinner at that new urban restaurant? Or want to give your girlfriend a lavish birthday gift? Planning is key! I like to go places and see things. Here’s the catch, I am not rich and/or balling. That being said, if I want to go somewhere, I make it happen. I can budget the heck out of a trip, like a boss…and so can you.
Summing it all up: Plan adequately. Live like a local. And don’t fall for the touristy traps!
Now, go out there and do cool ish, while saving money! It’s really all about making memories!

Getting outside your comfort zone is not a means to an end, but rather a goal in itself. As soon as you choose to leave your comfort zone, you form a direct friction with life, go towards the pursuit of your dreams, and in short, really start living.About two years ago, I decided to take a huge leap of faith. I decided to release my first book Dream the Impossible. My family was not happy with my decision to release my book. I release my book and it has broken the generational curses in my family. It has allowed to travel the world and share my story. Never give up! In early 2017, I decide to take my business seriously. I step out of my comfort zone. The road has been easy, but every tear has been worth it.
What is a “comfort zone” and why should you challenge it?
Your comfort zone is the space you inhabit where behaviors, activities, and settings are all familiar and routine. That familiarity becomes a buffer to reduce anxiety and stress. You embrace the status quo because you feel secure there.
So, what’s the secret to leaving your comfort zone? Here are three tips to help move you into a world of adventure and opportunity:
1. Find your “zone of courage: Your zone of courage lies just outside your comfort zone. If you’re not ready to take a big leap, take a baby step. You’ve got to start somewhere. The zone of courage contains much less predictability than your comfort zone, but it could also contain opportunities for personal and professional growth.
2. Allow yourself to be vulnerable: You can play it safe and always do the predictable thing, or you can push the envelope a bit and go for maximal growth. Moving out of your comfort zone is bound to make you feel a little exposed and that’s a crucial part of the process. You’re going to feel afraid. But moving forward—even while knowing that failure is a possibility—helps you set new and higher bars for your goals and move into your zone of courage at the same time.
3. Take it one step at a time: You might think that sounds less than ambitious, but trust me, moving out of your comfort zone doesn’t happen all at once. With every move you make, take time to evaluate where you are and plan where you want to go next. Then take your next step in your new direction.
Try something new. This is no big mystery: you never know if you'll like something until you're brave enough to try. Don't overwhelm yourself by biting off more than you can chew; break your main goal into smaller goals or milestones that you can accomplish along your way.
Don’t be afraid: What do you have to lose? It takes courage to try something new. You aren’t going to be an expert at something right off the bat, so learn to check your ego at the door and just have fun!
The Vision Board party was on Saturday! It was a huge success! We had a great conversation! Create a vision board, a mind movie, or some system that serves as a constant reminder of what you are working toward. The “why” behind the goal is crucial as it will serve as a motivator. It can be easy to get lost in the noise and excitement of your life. Without a direction, you'll never get anywhere. Start focusing on your vision today.
We all have goals, whether they’re long-term, short-term, large, or small. The risk of having goals, though, is the slight chance you may lose focus and let them fall to the wayside. Though we all lose sight of what’s important from time to time, it’s detrimental to allow this to become habitual. Without goals, we are just stagnant twenty-somethings burdened with a lack of vertical mobility. Since this isn’t a state we want to get stuck in, it’s critical we all learn to stick to our goals, maintain tunnel vision, and keep our eyes on the end prize.
Here are my top three reasons where you should stay Focused on your vision!
1. Be focused on staying focused. Remind yourself to concentrate on your goals. Maintaining focus is a skill all of us need to remember, as it’s easy to get distracted. However, if you keep your goals at the front of your mind and remember to give them careful attention, you will likely keep your focus strong, and your eyes on the prize.
2. The tears and time, will be worth it! Forget about the naysayers! Focused action creates winners. Losers may be well skilled and go forward with determination to succeed, but they never reach their full potential, no matter how hard they work. Winners win and losers lose.
3. Winners practice being mentally focused at a high level and have a more focused approach to continuous learning. Unleash "a winner" hiding inside you. You have limited resources and must use them in the most effective way. What is the best focus you can have? Don't get distracted in your goal pursuits. Pick 2-3 goals that are most important to you and your life vision, and stick to them.
Making and maintaining goals is no easy feat. It can prove to be difficult to set realistic but aspirational goals for yourself. Keeping to these goals is even more challenging, but not impossible. Remember to stick to your tunnel vision.
Don’t Give Up On Your Vision… Never Give Up
See you at the Vision Board Party 11-11-17. We been taking about visions and vision boards for the last two weeks.Write the vision and engrave it plainly on [clay] tablets so that the one who reads it will run. “For the vision is yet for the appointed [future] time it hurries toward the goal [of fulfillment]; it will not fail. Even though it delays, wait [patiently] for it, because it will certainly come; it will not delay. “Look at the proud one, his soul is not right within him, but the righteous will live by his faith [in the true God]. – Habakkuk 2:2-4 (AMP)
Don't give up or give in. Decide in favor of your highest dreams and vision. Remember to be thankful daily. God Gave You a Vision of Promise. Never Give Up on Your Dreams. What God Has Planned, It Will Succeed.
Here are my top three reasons to Never Give Up on your vision…
See you at the Vision Board Party 11-11-2017 at 4pm. Fear always tries to prevent us from reaching our goals and dreams. ... Don't give up on your dreams. A vision is the capability to see beyond your current reality, creating and inventing what does not now exist and becoming what you are not right now. A vision is important in all aspects of life; physically, emotional, corporately. Building your vision does not have to be difficult as long as you know exactly what it is you see for yourself in the future.

“To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.” ~Unknown
There are certain events that can rock us to the core: starting a new job, moving across the country, ending a relationship, and starting a new business. God gives each us a seed. Everyone seed is different. Should not focus on their seed. We must take care of the seed. It’s simple; you can’t have a garden without planting a seed. In the natural realm we’d laugh at people expecting a crop without planting seed. We MUST plant a seed to have a harvest. We should not allow other people to plant seeds of negative in our lives.
What is planting a seed? It’s the simple act of setting something into motion that will help you create the life you want to lead. It’s taking a moment of sorrow and realizing that you can use it to fuel you. That why it so important, to have a vision for your life.
When planting the seed, expect rain. Sometimes, you will need go back and check on the seed. The process is going to be messy and uncertain at times, but know you are not alone in this. Everyone who takes the risk, who digs out and creates a new path, is going to experience this uncertainty. If you want the road that is perfectly smooth, void of bumps or roadblocks, then stay in that safe cubicle. The learning and growing is in the process, as well as the experiences and relationships created along the way.
The font of a seed package is a lot like your Vision. Without it, you’re working hard towards a goal that you can’t define. Many people can’t explain where they are headed to their friends, family, or even themselves. If you don’t have a clearly defined plan, it’s not too late.
Now is the time to rethink your garden, and plant the right seeds.
1. Seeds take time to grow. A whole garden isn’t created overnight, and neither is a dream life. But, by focusing on the positives, and seeing the little seeds that start to peek out from the earth in the form of something new, we can start to see the progress we are making in our journey to start living the life we’ve always wanted.
2. Seeds must change to grow. A seed can’t stay a seed forever. When cared for with nourishing soil, rays of sunlight, and water, they change shape and start to become whatever it is they were meant to be.
To really experience positive change, you too, must let go of your past and embrace the transformation that’s about to take place. Have confidence knowing you will take on a better form, even if it takes time.
3. When a seed flowers, everyone recognizes its beauty. After a seed undergoes a transformation and takes on a new form, everyone appreciates it for whatever it has to offer, whether it’s a smile-inducing sunflower or a crisp carrot.
Each seed has something new, something more to contribute. And how did it get to this point? With time and a transformative change.
Go out there and start planting seeds in your life, no matter how hard or pointless it may seem right now. With a little time, patience and hard work, what now seems like an empty dirt plot will be filled with beauty and growth.
Just like a beautiful flower attracts butterflies, your life will be a magnet to the right kind of people that will truly make it one worth living. See you at the Vision Board Party on 11-11-17 at 4:00pm.
Writing out your visions are very important. In the bible, its states write the vision and make it plain! A clear vision helps you pursue dreams and achieve goals; an idea of the future, a strong wish. Many successful people have visions not only for the business but for their personal life.
I am going to be honest, I didn’t have a vision for life until I attend my first vision board party. Now I have a vision board, that I update regularly. You need to have a vision for your life. Pray over your vision. Get with like-minded individuals.
A strong and current vision connects with your passions and greatest potentials. Regardless of what is going on in the world or challenges that present themselves, a vision helps you know what and why you are doing the things you are doing. Having a vision is most important in the path of your success in life. You feel much more valuable as a person when you set and achieve visions and goals.
Here are 3 reasons why you need to create a vision board to set yourself up for success in 2018.
1. Vision boards make you think about what it is you really want. Creating a vision board forces you to make the time to sit and REALLY think about what it is you want from life. I’m sure you think about the things you want a lot, but do you really focus on them? A vision board forces you to go beyond casual thinking and focus on your goals and aspirations.
2. Vision boards provide you with a daily visual reminder of your dreams and goals. The reason that vision boards work so great is because you visually see them every day. Visualization is one of the most popular and effective mind workouts that you can do. When you see something that inspires you on a daily basis, you stay on track. Even when you face setbacks, that vision board will still be there ready to motivate you all over again.
4. Vision boards will get you all fired up emotionally. Seeing your vision board will help you passionately connect with your goals. It can help you notice opportunities or simply make you imagine what something may feel like. If you get fired up and passionate about something, it will spur you into action.
Vision boards are fun. A vision board is a fun, risk-free, and stress-free way to unload your deepest, rawest morsels of inspiration without scrutinizing them. You don’t have to organize, analyze, or beautify your board. Just have fun and put it together. Change it up. Do what feels right to you. It doesn’t have to be organized or pretty. It just has to inspire you.
A vision is the capability to see beyond your current reality, creating and inventing what does not now exist and becoming what you are not right now. A vision is important in all aspects of life; physically, emotional, corporately. Building your vision does not have to be difficult as long as you know exactly what it is you see for yourself in the future. See you on 11-11-17!

Happy Sunday! This week’s blog is simple Faith over Fear! On yesterday, we hosted our first co-ed book signing! I had been posting online via social media.
I am going to be honest, I was going to cancel. I have little family support. People started to cancel. I was like how many people would show up to the event. So, the devil began whispering things to me like "God has forgotten about you", "You can't make it", "You may never reach this height", "Things will not work out", "Just give up". God whispered, where is your Faith.
Fear sometimes paralyzes us, but faith sets us free. I’ve learned this lesson the hard way lately, especially since I’ve been dealing with launching TJInspires. God often calls us into the unknown and the uncomfortable situation. We can choose to have faith and endure all things like the Apostle Paul, or we can shy away in fear and attempt to run like Jonah. And we all know how that story ends: Jonah does God’s bidding in the end! And I believe every situation we find ourselves in has a purpose. God has a plan.
Here is my Faith over Fear……
1.Faith speaks words of truth to fear. Wherever you’re going in life, God goes with you. Tell your fear there is no where He can’t and won’t reach. When we’re sure we cannot do the task that lies before us, when we’re afraid our hearts will break or we will fail or we will disappoint, we have to cling to the truth. God knows we’re not enough and He will fill in the gaps. When we step out in faith, we do it knowing that we are not enough. That’s where the faith comes in. If we were everything we needed and wanted, what use would we have for God?
2.Fear is insidious, paralyzing us if we let it. It doesn’t prevent bad things from happening. It doesn’t make anything more secure. All fear really does is keep us from living the life that God intends for us.
The book signing turned out perfectly! Countless people showed up! The venue was perfect! It was so much love and support in the building. I was like look at God! Life has purpose when we stop protecting the pretty veneer and use all 64 crayons to play with color on its pages. Focus on your faith, let God deal with the fear. God understands whatever that you are going through, and he is working right when you feel like nothing is happening. Don’t allow negative images to play in your mind, God has brought you through in the past and he would bring you through in the future. Surround yourself with people of faith who speak victory into you and make a decision each day to choose faith over fear.
Monday is my Birthday! Many people don't make past the age of 21. I thank God for allowing me to year 32. The road to year 32, has not been a cake walk. Growing up in a negative environment, has impacted my life. So today, I have decided to do something for myself, and write a blog. I have imagined this blog for years. I have written for years and read a countless number of books. So, today I am welcoming you to my world. My world of fun, chaos, love and adventure. I hope you all join me in this journey!
This week's blog and topics will focus on Believing in yourself. Please don't be surprise when, you start a business that people will run to support! But trust me, if you believe in yourself and trust God through the process. You will make it. Get with the right team! Be ready to here the word NO! Trust God! Believing, everyone has to believe in something, whether it’s anything religious or anything like that.
Well I think everyone has to believe in something important, but also is the key to success and that is to consider yourself. Believing in yourself means having pride and confidence in yourself. In younger days, I was always doubted myself and said I could never do that or could never do this. When you don’t believe in yourself you start losing self-respect, and basically don’t give any respect to anyone.
There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be. That’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down. But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself.
There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them. As I have learned here are ways to believe in yourself:
1.Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be. Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.
2.Push past your discomfort, growing your discomfort method. Put yourself out there, and be OK with not knowing if people will accept you.
3.Stick to a habit, not listening to the negative self-talk that normally holds you back. Stick to it some more, and learn to trust yourself.
4.Learn through repeated attempts that it’s OK to fail, that you can be OK in failure.
Learn through repeated experiments that you are stronger than you think, that you are more capable and more tolerant of discomfort than you think.
And in this practice, you will find yourself. And realize that you were great all along.
